Google Earth

If you haven't tried it already, go give Google Earth a spin. It starts off with a wide satellite view of earth... then you type in a search like "1600 Pennsylvania Avenue Washington D.C." and it flies right in to your address. Then you can tilt/zoom the camera, get directions, find nearby grocery stores, etc. It's really amazing.

The Athens satellite images aren't as clear as most big cities... but the Atlanta images are very clear. You can see cars along the expressway and throughout the city. Cool stuff.

Even cooler is the new add-on that lets you map Flickr photos near a place that you're viewing with Google Earth. I imagine there'll be many more add-ons like this one...
