DBT Covers Dylan

In next month's issue of Uncut Magazine, apparently their 100th issue, there will be a free Bob Dylan tribute cd. The Drive-By Truckers will be on this cd and you can listen to their cover of "Like A Rolling Stone," which was played on BBC Radio over the weekend. (Go to "Listen again to this show" link and it's around the 19th minute mark. You can skip through to that spot).

While it may seem like a surprising choice, take a listen and it makes all the sense in the world. All members (except Brad Morgan) take a verse, including Shonna. This is the first time fans have had a chance to hear the cover. Rumor is that Uncut Magazine approached them to do this tribute cd after their sold out show in London earlier this year.
