Since Chris directed my attention to this great article on Weird Al, I was able to see the following video from him, which I'd never seen before. It's a parody of Bob Dylan's "Subterranean Homesick Blues" and it makes about as much sense.
I'm posting it both for my friend Mike (who writes great palindrome-based stuff) and for my gf who thinks all Dylan songs are essentially the same and make no sense and who really wishes I'd listen to less of them (to be fair - even though she's totally wrong - this song does bolster those first two points and I do listen to a bit more Dylan than the average person). Anyway, here it is:
