Harvey Milk/Hayride Split
Not even sure if I'm on time to allow anyone to get copies of this who didn't already know about it, but Athens' own
Superfluous Umlaut Records has finally released the oft-rumored Harvey Milk/Hayride split. Here's the info:
Superfluous Umlaut Records is proud to announce the release on Tuesday, November 7 of F*#k You Guys, a 7" split featuring previously-unreleased songs by Harvey Milk and Hayride. This will be available in extremely limited quantities.
"Hell Toupee" is classic Harvey Milk, clocking in at just under 6 minutes and recorded at home in the early 90's. "In Bottles" comes from Hayride's final recording session with former drummer Ballard Lesemann. This record marks the first split release by these bands since 1992's Pals Forever.
To order, contact us and be sure to include your address and how many copies you'd like. We'll get back to you with shipping and payment options as soon as possible.
Also, FYI: there's 300 copies being released and the site claims they're "going fast" (mostly to Scandanavians, I'm sure), so order soon if you want one.
