Bloodkin plays for the first time in a while. The location? Yup, the Georgia Bar. Love it.

Garbage Island also plays tonight at the 40 Watt for a special show called "Every Man An Island"... which I think means everyone can come play with them. Sure to be noisy chaos. So, like a louder Garbage Island show (just kidding, y'all... but really, you can play with them, that part's real).

Also, a few of our favorite solo acts play today. Jay Gonzalez on the piano at Kingpins, and a it is indeed an Alvanos-Flavin kinda day - Peter playing at 7:30 this morning at Mama's Boy and Jesse playing at Little Kings tonight. Seriously, those two need to tour together and play every music venue in Athens over the course of like 3 weeks.
