Attention Soul Music Nerds

So, the reason I wasn't posting last Thursday is because I went to the Georgia Music Hall of Fame to check out their year-long exhibit, "Otis Redding: I've Got Dreams To Remember". It's effectively turned that place into the Graceland for Otis fans. It's a huge room full of pretty much every piece of Otis memorabilia in existence (save that piece of the fateful plane, which is is the regular rock hall of fame, I think).

Just thought I'd put it out there that if you're at all a fan of Otis Redding, y'oughta go check it out. Well worth it. As for the rest of the museum, mostly I could take it or leave it. But there were some cool Allman Bros. and B-52's things, as well as a huge display of R.E.M. stuff designed and installed by Krush Girl Chris Bilheimer. There's even a poster from Pylon's first "last show", but you could likely find that at Wuxtry anyway.
