Happy Birthday, Flagpole. Turning a ripe 20, Flagpole's putting on a free variety show starting around 8:30 PM at the 40 Watt. Five Eight and Down With The Woo will both be playing in addition to other non-music acts. And Flagpole-themed costumes? Anyway, as a media outlet that's going on 4 years old (1/5 of F'pole's existence), I gotta say it's not that hard, y'all. Aw, just messin' with ya' Flagpole, you know we love you. Sometimes. Now, if you could add the little "jump to date" option back on the ABC calendar online, that wouldn't be too bad.

Besides that, Little Country Giants will be at Flicker, Jay Gonzalez will be a Kingpins, and if you remember Fishbone, they'll be at the Georgia Theatre.
