I bumped into Mr. Athfest, Jared Bailey last night. They still need volunteers for Athfest. Here's an email from volunteer coordinator Sandii Brimble:
AthFest Festival, which is being held this weekend in downtown Athens, still needs people to give a few hours of their time to help out. We need help selling merchandise and drinks on Saturday and Sunday, selling wristbands at venues Friday and Saturday nights, or for those good with children we still need some folks to help out in the KidsFest area Saturday afternoon and Sunday mornings and afternoons. People can sign up for 3 hours, 6 hours, or the whole day or weekend. For more details please email us at volunteering@athfest.com or call Peter Norris on 706 206 3466. AthFest is run almost entirely by volunteers so we can't put on this festival without you folk!
